Senior Night

ALL attendees are subject to screening by security staff. The Open Gate weapons detection system will be in operation at all main entrances and metal detection wands will be utilized at all entrances.

GCSD Clear Bag Procedures will be enforced at all entrances. All approved bags are subject to inspection by security staff.
Students in grades 9-12 must present their current school ID if they wish to enter the stadium without being accompanied by an adult.
Students in Pre-K - 8th grade must be accompanied by an adult to enter the stadium. Adults should not leave students inside the stadium with plans to return to pick them up after the game is over. Violators will be held accountable.
Re-entry will not be allowed. Attendees who choose to leave the stadium must purchase a new ticket and must be rescreened by security.
Entry gates will close at the end of halftime. No one will be admitted into the game after halftime.

• Contribute to the branding of athletic facilities

*Purchase of season pass includes Booster Club membership or there is a Booster Club Membership only if you do not need passes.*

**Booster Club Passes are good for admittance to Georgetown High School HOME Athletic events only and are NOT VALID for playoff games or tournaments. Membership is non-refundable.**

Event Policy: No Refunds, Exchanges, or Ticket Swapping. No one over 20YOA or below 9th Grade. NON GHS students will need to get a form to have it signed by their school officials for a reference. Those who are in college, the military or in the workplace will need a reference form filled out by their college professor/military officer/manager.- No Refunds Allowed. - This event has a no refund policy.

Please be respectful in your attire, and be mindful of your representation of our school. Students who are suspended on the day before or of prom, or those recommended for expulsion will not be allowed to attend and will forfeit their ticket if they've already purchased one. NO tobacco products on the premises, including vapes, dab pens, or anything of the like. NO alcohol on premises. Students who are intoxicated will forfeit their ticket. Once you exit the building, you will not be allowed to return. Please be sure to save your ticket code. This code is a one time use only, and once it has been used it is expired.

WACCAMAW HIGH SCHOOL

This document outlines the student parking and driving privileges policy for Waccamaw High School. Key points include:

• Parking Permit Required: Students must have a valid driver's license (not a permit) and purchase a parking decal for $20. The decal must be displayed at all times.

• Assigned Parking Only: Students must park only in their designated parking space and may not park in front of the school or in bus parking areas.

• Remain on Campus: Once students arrive on campus, they may not leave without permission from an administrator or the front office.

• No Access During School Day: Students are not allowed in the parking lot during the school day unless approved by administration.

• Vehicle Searches: Vehicles on campus are subject to search in accordance with the law.

• Safe Driving Required: Reckless or careless driving may result in fines from law enforcement and/or suspension of school driving privileges.

• Unauthorized Parking: Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas may be towed at the owner's expense.

• Attendance Expectations: Repeated tardiness may result in suspension of driving privileges.

• Replacement Decal Fee: Lost, damaged, or suspended parking decals require a $10 reinstatement fee.

• Financial Obligations: All school fines must be paid before a parking decal will be issued.

• No Refunds: Parking fees are not refunded if driving privileges are revoked.

• Liability: The school is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles on campus.
